We’re very pleased to announce the launch of our brand new podcast series, Out of Office.
All the best chats happen out of the office and in this podcast, Pugpig co-founder Jonny Kaldor joins interesting people in publishing for ambling walks through the streets of London, New York and beyond in order to try and find out what makes them tick. We cover everything from how they started out, what they love and hate about media and the many forces that are fundamentally changing the industry landscape right under our feet.
What will the future of publishing look like? God knows, but we’ll talk about it anyway and we’ll have fun while we do it…
It’s fitting that our inaugural episode features Barry McIlheney, who is enjoying his last week as the CEO of the PPA this week – perfect timing we think. Have a listen and hear stories about how Barry got started out in media, his years at Smash Hits and Empire Magazine, and why he thinks that publishing has a bright and exciting future.
We’ll be publishing new episodes pretty much every week from now, with upcoming guests including Alison Dolan, James Hewes, Camilla Wright, Katie Vanneck Smith and many more, so please follow, subscribe, like and share far and wide!
You can find the podcast on Pugpig.com and all major podcast players.
